Welcome to Chicago Mounting. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
Chicago Mounting provides professional TV mounting and related installation services. All installations are performed according to industry safety standards.
2. Payment
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and select mobile payment platforms.
3. Booking & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A fee may apply for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
4. Liability
Chicago Mounting is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to walls, studs, wiring, or electrical systems.
- Issues arising from incompatible or faulty customer-supplied equipment or mounts.
- Damage resulting from misuse or improper handling after installation.
Customers are responsible for confirming that mounting surfaces are suitable (e.g., concrete, drywall with studs). If additional hardware or structural support is required, extra fees may apply.
5. Warranty
We offer a 30-day workmanship warranty on all installations. This warranty does not cover customer-provided equipment or damage caused by improper use after installation.
6. Safety Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the installation area clear and safe during the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or hazardous conditions.
7. Property Access
You authorize our technicians to access the installation area and perform necessary work during the agreed appointment window. An adult (18+) must be present at all times.
8. Photos & Media
With your verbal or written permission, Chicago Mounting may take photos of completed work for portfolio or promotional use.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
